Shipping charges and time for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Order Processing: 

  • Matriarca ships from Dallas, TX
  • Orders will be processed in 3-5 days (excluding holidays and weekends)
  • Successfully placed orders should receive email confirmations with order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam folder then contact us for your order details. 
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  • If you need assistance with your order, please contact Matriarca immediately, info@materart.com. We will not be able to make changes with your order once it ships. 
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Matriarca is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provided. 

 

Since we ship internationally via DHL, we only ship to the countries provided by this courier.

Please note, return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

 

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@materart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
